This gemstone and sterling silver ring features a moonstone scarab gemstone bezel set in fine silver.  Gemstone is anchored to a sterling silver ring band.

Ring band is just over 2mm wide. The thick, sterling silver ring band gives this ring weight, while still stacking well. Ring band is half round for comfort.

Gemstone is oval shaped, about 11x14mm.

A common symbol found throughout ancient Egypt, the Scarab was believed to represent the restoration of life, rebirth, and renewal. As the scarab rolled dung across the ground, as did the Sun God roll the sun across the sky. Today, it is often associated with good luck.
